We want to continue moving toward small groups. We will be starting another Truth Project study and we have a Chronological Bible study going now with the option of starting another. We are encouraging all to participate in one of these small groups as they become available. This small group concept is right out of scripture and is where real spiritual growth occurs.
We are excited to see God working in our little church and as He leads we want to be sure to follow His will, as we shine His light in these dark last days.
News This Week:
Well the new year is upon us. It is such a blessing to see the church growing and alive and beginning this new year with such an enthusiastic group as we have had. We are seeing God's blessings all around us. Awana is going strong, our Youth ministry is growing and seeing fruit. It has been great to partner with the Community Church in some of these areas. Our youth and children need the support of other Christians as they take their stand in the schools and community. We have seen the last of the Snowbirds take flight and yet we have seen no drop in attendance. God is so good as he always seems to fill the void. We had the sad news that Nancie Dunks made her final trip home to be with the Lord. She will be missed so much by her family and her Northern church family.
As we see the economy struggle, the politics of Global unification and the growing hostility to things of God, we must all the more be committed to being an example to those around us. They will be looking for something true and secure and we want them to see Christ in us and be drawn to Him. Now is not the time to get ourselves entangled in temporal things, our time is short and our job is great, we must make the most of every hour God leaves us here to serve Him.
May God bless us as we serve Him here in our community.

The AA is now using our basement for their meetings on Wednesdays from 11:30-1:30pm and on Saturdays from 5:30-7:00pm. Also Al Anon is meeting at 6:00 every second Monday.
